Our school uses School Bytes, an online platform, to manage communication with families, as well as consent forms, invoicing, recording absences, viewing academic reports and making payments. This system allows us to notify parents about upcoming activities, newsletters, excursions, and other important events, while significantly reducing the need for paper-based forms.

Easy online payments

The  School Bytes Parent Portal  allows families to conveniently make payments online, review payment history, and even apply credit. For non-student-related payments, please contact the school to receive a payment link.

Absence notifications

The School Bytes Parent Portal allows parents to view all their children in one portal and enables parents to provide details of a planned absence if the absence details are known in advance - for example; to report an illness or a scheduled medical appointment.

Parents can also provide a response for any unexplained student absences that have been recorded by the school.
